LUSH FOOD FARM WITH 2 RIVER ACCESS IN DIAMANTE VALLEY

Quinta La Virgen is located in the magical Diamante Valley of Costa Rica. The higher altitude of Las Tumbas gives it a cool climate and a unique ecosystem. Nature lovers will love this serene setting with its abundance of flowing rivers, misty mornings and diversity of flora including towering pine trees. This huge lot has been planted with a variety of food plants including but not limited to: banana, mango, almond, starfruit, rose apple, sweet mandarin, mandarin lime, orange, sugarcane and even coffee! You can live off of this land. This property has a private, landscaped entry leading up to a large flat natural plantel with a rustic 2-storey, open air wood house already built on it. Carport for 2 large vehicles. Behind this house there is another small apartment. At 1 hectare, the property certainly does not end there! Beyond the living quarters, you will find the fruit farm area and a chicken coop! Past the farm area, you find yourself immersed in nature as a trail leads you down through the virgin forest to a gorgeous year-round river with calm blue waters and refreshing natural swimming pools. Exploring past this river and again through this property’s magical forest there is another, larger river. Water is the most precious natural resource there is and this property has plenty!
