HUGE FARM | CREEKS & NATURAL SPRINGS

This beautiful 68 hectare property is set at a high elevation over the lovely San Juan de Dios Valley. With cool climate and expansive views of both the surrounding valleys and mountains this property also has ocean views looking towards Dominical and southern views including Cano Island and the Osa Peninsula. This property has primary and secondary forest, where you can find many exotic fruit trees and tropical hardwoods such as cedar. In addition to a sizable forested area filled with birds and wildlife, this property includes many “potreros”, meaning rolling grassy pastures, full of natural plantels which lend to creating uncomplicated roads and building sites. As an added bonus there are already internal roads built in the property which facilitate access to its many different areas. It also has a significant area of public road frontage, which is very well-maintained.

This property could be transformed into someone’s dream estate, family ranch compound, luxury mountain retreat hotel, eco-lodge, off-grid permaculture farm, a subdivision development, or even several high-end luxury homes for sale or rent. This property has several water features including multiple natural springs, “veraneras” meaning perennial streams, and is bordered by two larger creeks with waterfalls and swimming holes. There is already a rustic home on site with a horse corral surrounded by fruit trees. Located in a safe rural area, yet still close to the local beaches and towns. About an hour away from the surf and beaches of Dominical and an hour from all amenities in San Isidro de El General Downtown. Please contact us if this sounds like a fit for you!
