FINCA GUANABANITA | 4.15 ACRE SOURSOP FARM

A fruit lover’s dream! Welcome to Finca Guanabanita, located about 600 meters above sea level, and only 15 minutes from downtown San Isidro and 35 minutes from the beach in a sparsely populated area where you can enjoy tranquility, privacy, beautiful mountain views and a close connection with nature. The property is currently being used for the cultivation of soursop where its 450 trees produce fruit almost all year round, creating an exciting opportunity for income production. In addition to this abundance of soursop, there are about 25 tommy mango trees (Manga) but they are not currently being harvested at this moment.

This property has all services already installed including legal metered water and electricity. On site there is also a small caretaker’s home and a wooden structure being used as a bodega. The current structures can easily be improved upon, and there is also plenty of space to develop a larger home for your comfort. This property is easily accessible for all types of vehicles, no 4×4 required. San Isidro City Center provides all the amenities imaginable from shopping, medical services and entertainment. This is an amazing property with amazing value!
